As a class during week one, we visited the chosen site we are to work with; the boat sheds, down by Wellington's waterfront and Oriental Bay. On our way there, we were asked to draw various sites we saw as we walked. We also discussed the meaning of the Maori term "atea", ultimately meaning "meeting", and brainstormed ways in which this term could be expressed.
